Acid Stain / Acrylistain - Concrete is colored using acid based stains to penetrate the surface and react chemically with the hydrated lime (calcium hydroxide) in the concrete. Concrete by Design can also give your concrete an acid stain look using water based stains in place of chemical stains. Our water based stain is an environmentally safe GREEN product with low VOC content.
